Miniature Standard Connector

Application: Connector for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Suited for small wires and mineral insulated cables.

Construction:

• Glass filled thermoplastic body with polarized flat pin thermocouple material pins (male) and springloaded inserts. (female)
• Wire connection under cap sandwich style (for secure connection) with barrier (helps prevent shorts)
• Stainless combo head screws (slot & Phillips)

Color code:

• ANSI color code stocked. Avalible in all color code standards (JIS, BS, NFE etc) call for availability. See color code at bottom of page.
• Temperature rating: 392 F (200 C)
• Wire size: accepts wire sizes for 40 to 20 gauge (max)

• Wire connection under cap - sandwich style (for secure connection) with barrier (helps prevent shorts)

Miniature Ceramic Connector

Application: Connector for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Suited for small wires and mineral insulated cables.

Construction:

• Ceramic body with original thermocouple material pins and springloaded inserts.
• Polarized pins ensure proper connection.
• Oversize screw head for easy wiring.
• High purity alumina body material.
• Wire size: Accepts wires from .1 mm to .6 mm (22 AWG).
• Maximum cable diameter 3.4 mm (.134")

Temperature rating:

• 1200 F (650 C)

Miniature Three Pin Plug and Jack

Application: Connector for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Suited for small wires and mineral insulated cables. Third connection for ground or continuous shield connection or for three wire RTD's
