    • WIKA Direct Drive Process Gauge: Model 232.34DD

    • REOTEMP Series MS8

    • General Purpose Pressure Transmitter Type S-10

    • Differential pressure Deltabar PMD70

    • Our new Direct Drive Process and Test Gauge features the same materials and most standard options as our successful Process Gauge XSEL series. At the technological heart of the Direct Drive process gauge is our exclusive Bourdon tube made of Inconel® X-750 alloy. Compatible with most media types, this super-alloy is highly resistant to temperature extremes and has excellent oxidation and corrosion properties. Every Bourdon tube is meticulously handmade and then stress relieved in our proprietary heat treatment chambers. To provide superior strength and performance in the most aggressive environments and temperature extremes, all wetted parts on the Direct Drive process gauge are nickel-brazed.

    • REOTEMP's all-welded process seal gauge™ combines a high-accuracy diaphragm seal with an industrial process gauge. The unit maintains all of the integrity of a traditional bolted assembly at a more economical price. The all-welded design increases the life of your gauge by up to 3 times, while eliminating potential leak points and increasing reliability. Features: 4.5" phenolic pressure gauge, 0-60 psi, glycerin filled with welded diaphragm seal with 1/2" male process thread., glycerin filled

    • Applications: Hydraulics and pneumatics, Test equipment, Pump and compressor control, Liquid level measurement. Special Features: Piezoresistive sensor and thin-film sensor technology, Standard ranges available from stock, 4-20 mA 2-wire output signal, others available. Highly resistant to pressure spikes and vibration. Stainless steel case and wetted parts. Can be assembled to diaphragm seals for special applications.

    • The Deltabar S differential pressure transmitter is usedfor the following measuring tasks: Flow measurement (volume or mass flow) in conjunction with primary devices in gases, vapors and liquids, Level, volume or mass measurement in liquids, Differential pressure monitoring, e.g. of filters and pumps, International usage thanks to a wide range of approvals. Your benefits: Very good reproducibility and long-term stability, High reference accuracy: up to ±0.075 %, as PLATINUM version: ±0.05 %, Turn down up to 100:1, higher on request, Used for flow and differential pressure monitoring, up to SIL 3, certified to IEC 61508 by TÜV SÜD, HistoROM®/M-DAT memory module, Function-monitored from the measuring cell to the electronics, Continuous modularity for differential pressure, hydrostatics and pressure (Deltabar S, Deltapilot S, Cerabar S), e.g., replaceable display, universal electronics, Quick commissioning with Quick Setup menu, Menu-guided operation, Extensive diagnostic functions, New TempC diaphragm for diaphragm seals: Minimum temperature effects and short recovery times.

General Info

  • This sensor measures the pressure relative to atmospheric pressure. A tire pressure gauge is an example of gauge pressure measurement; when it indicates zero, then the pressure it is measuring is the same as the ambient pressure.

  • Pressure transmitters are typically used for gases or liquids. A pressure sensor usually acts as a transducer; it generates a signal as a function of the pressure imposed. Pressure sensors are used for control and monitoring in thousands of everyday applications. Pressure sensors can also be used to indirectly measure other variables such as fluid/gas flow, speed, water level, and altitude. Pressure sensors can alternatively be called pressure transducers, pressure transmitters, pressure senders, pressure indicators and piezometers, manometers, among other names. Our pressure transducers and digital pressure gauges are used in a wide range of applications in the medical, aerospace, water & wastewater, oil & gas, dairy, food and other industries. Please call (717) 630-2222 with any specifications, part numbers, model numbers, and other information such as pressure range, top and bottom mount thread size if applicable, dial face size, tri-clover/sanitary fitting, blow back protection, etc...And we will be happy to find the right sensor for your application.

  • This sensor measures the difference between two pressures, one connected to each side of the sensor. Differential pressure sensors are used to measure many properties, such as pressure drops across oil filters or air filters, fluid levels (by comparing the pressure above and below the liquid) or flow rates (by measuring the change in pressure across a restriction). Technically speaking, most pressure sensors are really differential pressure sensors; for example a gauge pressure sensor is merely a differential pressure sensor in which one side is open to the ambient atmosphere.
