Now choose a sheath outside diameter:
- 063 1/16" = .063"
- 125 1/8" = .125"
- 188 3/16" = .188"
- 250 1/4" = .250"
- 375 3/8" = .375"
Now choose a sheath material and calibration type (others available upon request):
- 304J 304 Stainless Steel to 1800 deg F. J - Iron Constantan
- 304T 304 Stainless Steel to 1800 deg F. T - Copper Constantan
- 316K 316 Stainless Steel to 1800 deg F. K - Chromel Alumel
- 600K 600 Inconel to 2100 deg F. K - Chromel Alumel
Now choose a sheath junction style:
- Grounded (G)
- Ungrounded(UG)
- Exposed(E)
Now choose a spring loaded option:
- SL Spring-loaded type is not sealed from process and is generally used with a thermowell.
- Not Not spring-loaded
Now choose your thermocouple dimensions (Note, your thermocouple may not have a B measurement):
